Application Purpose & Overview
The cgia-vps1 Infrastructure Manager application is an internal administrative utility designed for the server environment at cgia-vps1.com.
Primary Purpose: This application integrates with the Google Drive API to facilitate secure, automated server backups (WHM/cPanel system state, site files, and databases) directly to designated, encrypted offsite Google Drive storage directories.
How Your Google Data is Used
When authorized via OAuth 2.0, cgia-vps1 Infrastructure Manager uses limited access strictly to perform the following background tasks:
- Automated Backups: Creates and writes compressed server archive files to specified backup subfolders in Google Drive.
- Storage Retention: Rotates and removes expired backup archives based on defined system retention schedules.
- Data Integrity: Verifies file upload completeness and storage directory health.
No user data or personal drive contents are accessed, collected, stored, or shared beyond automated server backup execution.
